Mount Rainier 50th Golf Tournament

Gift cards ($50 Visa cards) will be awarded to the winner in each of the categories below.

• Closest to the hole (have to be on the green) for hole #4
• Closest to the hole (have to be on the green) for hole #16
• Longest drive (must be in the fairway) for hole #6
• Longest drive (must be in the fairway) for hole #18
• Lowest gross score
• Second lowest gross score

Every participant will get a commemorative Titleist ball, ball marker, and green repair tool with a commemorative logo.

Each participant will pay their own green fees and 5 dollars when they show up and sign in.

All participants must pre-register through email sent to jdldental@gmail.com. If you wish to play with particular partners, please note that in the email.
